Online purchase made through Vennytoy.com can be returned within 14 days from the delivered date.

Refunds do not need to pay us a handling fee but return shipping fees are at the customer's own expense.

All return items must be returned unworn, undamaged, unwashed and with all the original labels attached in original packaging. If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.

We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first. Any addresses on the parcel is not approved as the return address. Returned packages without an authorized return address from customer service representatives will not be refunded. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned. Return shipping costs for the returned packages is non-refundable.

Return Process:

1. Contact customer service and provide order information and a brief description of the return. We will send you a printable receipt with more instructions. It contains our return address and basic information about your return order.
2. Print the return form and put it in your package together with the item you want to return, and pack the item properly.
3. Send the items back to us through the local post office. If you need to deal with the returned package urgently, please contact our customer service and provide the tracking number of the returned package.
4. We will process your return within 7 working days after receiving the package.

Return:
By default, refunds will go to your original source of funds. 

Cancellation Policy

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is confirmed cancelled ,you will get full refund. We process the refund action within 7 days.

We do not accept order cancellation request once the product is shipped out.

How do I know whether an item is non-returnable?

Due to the private nature of the items we sell, we are unable to return or exchange purchased toys and products unless they are defective. This is for the health, safety and peace of mind of our customers.
Any item designed to come into contact with any body part or liquid is non-returnable. Once these products have been disassembled and used by you, they cannot be returned.
This includes, but is not limited to：
